One Blissful Break

Take a moment to feel good, to breath deeply, and to appreciate it all. Take a break from everything else, the good and the bad of before and to come. Live in that blissful moment. Listen to the sounds: the wind rustling the leaves. Breath in deeply, with your whole body, and think about the smell of your environment. Feel the breeze, the grass, the sun, your clothes, where your body feels your groundings.
